YTB IATAN

Hopefully this issue gets some more clarification from the owners this week. I have had many calls from post online regarding the YTB IATAN, YTB vs Royal Caribbean articles.
I have heard that many upline directors and leaders and telling their teams that the IATAN is not important and that they still have Clia and Arc for booking. That is sad to see that they are not telling the truth, Credibility and credentials do matter. Fact is YTB as a corporation knows how important they are and that is why they are seeking to get into compliance to get them back. That was one of the major reasons Why I switched from YTB...I called it the spin. You don't straight answers or any proactive communication about important information. I have asked..why are the owners selling stocks every single month and reps are being pushed to buy? Why has there been no communication about why the Corporate Attorney Ted Lindauer no longer active with YTB?

I had one person call me wondering about the difference between YTB and Traverus. They said they had spoken to a YTB rep first and when they asked about the IATAN issue was told the spin it's not important, then added they feel its wrong for Traverus members to try to recruit people from YTB. The person told me they said to them...well I see that your company offers specials to switch people over to YTB from other companies…. isn't that the same the thing....they told me it was silent…I personally know people who have lost their down lines due to upline leaders taking cash and stock deals to bring over their teams. That the nature of MLM is recruiting the most experienced people so the character card should not be played.

Fact of the matter is when YTB offered promotion to get other agents from other companies at their convention that was the worse thing they could have done. Traverus had it's biggest growth when YTB reps tried to recruit existing agents for the company sponsored special offer which is still good through December 2nd. Many of them got a chance to see the Traverus Compensation plan that gives you $5 residual to start per person in your organization and goes up to $20 a month per person. The residuals blow them away. You can't retire off of one time bonuses. My team alone has had 14 people retire from corporate America working traverus in less than 1 year. Just 11 people on your team is $100 a month residually. How many do you have on your team and what type of residual are you making?
